Construction Administration

  • Provide project documents to client in a variety of formats to be used for bidding and construction
  • Assist clients throughout the bid evaluation process
  • Respond in a  timely manner to information requests from the field (RFI’s)
  • Review contractor submittals and coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure project performance goals are met
  • Conduct on-site inspections throughout the construction phase and maintain punch-lists to document completed and open items
  • Review TAB reports for system performance
  • Start up services – monitor system operations and review control sequences
  • Review project construction change requests
  • Review contractor application for payment
  • Owners rep services, including on-site construction oversight and progress tracking
  • Schedule and milestone tracking and reporting
